Fitness and Nutrition Advice For Women

 

Hey Girls welcome to my site, i designed this specifically for women to give some helpful advice on getting fit and not being afraid to pick up the weights. As the weather warms up we all wanna fight the winter flab and look fabulous for the summer!

Very importantly i have added nutrition tips on what foods to include in your diet with some great recipes to get your taste buds going.

Nutrition is extremely necessary to look into as You Are What You Eat. After all having a nice, toned body is estimated to be around 70% NUTRITION and 30% EXERCISE, so in order for you to get the desired results you want - EAT RIGHT!

 

I understand seeing all these celeb's in daily magazines and we think they all look PERFECT! Most people seem to think they need to look like that! Well to be honest you will be very surprised to see what extent they go to for staying so thin and most magazines 'TOUCH UP' their pictures to hide the flaws these celebs actually have.

This whole size 0 is pathetic in my honest opinion, it only pressures young girls and thats where the problem of anorexia rises, looking up to these people as role models isn't very healthy for you, to look great and feel good from the outside to the inside all you have to do is eat a well balanced diet and exercise daily, THAT'S IT! Remember  - You Don't Have To Be A size 0 To Be FIT 'n' HEALTHY!
